google it as well and you will find lots of designs and how to. I used tricot interfacing as ckcowl suggests but do Be careful with a hot iron as the plastic will melt on the shirts if it comes in contact. I laid out my t-shirts in various patterns, then took pictures so I could see which one I liked best. Once I had the pattern I liked, I cut the t-shirts.
