This recipe is written just as i got it from my co worker. Her mother's notations are in parentheses. I kinda adapted it to my liking - i added garlic, no onions i used diced tomatoes with chilies, etc. My parents loved it - in fact it is a request for super bowl weekend at mom's this year.
