I picked up a made in Japan Kenmore 4-stitch/free arm and vertical bobbin machine at a garage sale this summer. It was reduced from $10 to $7 by a lady who said she was not going to use it to hem pants anymore. I planned to give it away, but soon fell in love with this little baby and use it for quilt class. You can sure tell the difference in the metal machines!
