Lucky you to have a husband who can do this for you. My son and husband just put a 12 X 24 foot addition on the house and it will be a place for our grandchildren to play and for us to sit and enjoy our farm. I have two sewing rooms and love them. They are upstairs so no one else can bother me or I have to worry about someone coming in while I am "creating."
