i would be (surveying) what new techniques your members are interested in learning- and have technique classes- maybe paper piecing, or english paper piecing- needle turn applique, fusable- curved piecing- it just depends on what your group is interested in- maybe everyone would like to learn to make a bargello- or a water color quilt- or stained glass applique---maybe they are all pros at all of those-and want a project class===to get small items made- there are so many choices- you really need to see what they are interested in/wanting to learn
