I often get discouraged when someone brings me something to do and it's a pattern or fabric that I really don't like. I find that I have to force myself to work on it and it seems like it takes me forever to complete it. So, I keep several small projects around that I can stop and work on when I start feeling bored and if that doesn't work, I just walk away from the project for a few hours or the rest of the day.
