SO, I cut the 15 1/2" X 6 1/2" down to 14 1/2"X6 1/2" and it worked a charm! So, now, here it is in all it's finished top glory! All it needs now is some batting, backing and ... For now it's in the "to finish someday" quilt top box! Perhaps later this winter.

P.S. I had to go outside to take the picture so I laid a full size top sheet down first. That'll give you an idea as to the size of the quilt top. Not much top sheet showing under it.
