This just makes sense as others have mentioned. My service guy said to always use a vacuum to clean out the lint but it's ok to wipe it out between vacuuming with the lint brush provided. I also use pipe cleaners (folded in half using the folded soft end) to get the surface lint. First cleaning I had was almost 3 years after purchasing my machine and he was still surprised how clean it was inside.
