Joining from Iowa 2
Hi Everyone,
My name is Colleen and I live in southern Iowa. I'm new to the Quilting Board and new to traveling the internet. I finally stopped quilting long enough to get myself signed up and logged into the new century. I've been sewing since I was seven (40+years ago) when my mom gave my sisters and I a toy sewing machine and scraps to make Barbie doll dresses. It was soon onto garment sewing for 4-H. I remember having quilts around the house but did not make my first until I was around 28 or so. It was a baby quilt for my first niece. It was awful but I was hooked. I look forward reading and discussing quilt related activities with people of similar interests.
