A while back I was given a suggestion of how to cut down on my hand-sewing with my poor achy, stiff fingers.

Sometimes I handprint on the quilt, but I prefer to attach an actual label that I made by typing on computer and adding a photo.

This time I tried Klue's advice to machine-sew my label onto the rod sleeve when I make that.... It worked so great!

Now, the only hand-sewing I have to do is attaching the rod sleeve and the folded binding onto the back. I just do 10-15min a night and it eventually gets done.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone here for being such a wealth of info, ideas and support.
