I'm thinking and hoping that of all the quilts, they at least each chose one special one to keep in memory of their mom's great talent. I don't know if Kathy has grand kids, but it would be special if each one had one of their grandma's quilts.
Of course, finances and lack of, can be very demanding and stressful and may be the driving force behind all decisions made. Just hoping they won't regret the loss of any of the quilts as time goes by.
