She just does a drawing of the block, but you would have to break down, add 1/4 inches, etc. You can probably look at a photo of the block and go from there. This looks like an excellent tutorial on this block. Also note that she added seam lines in the outside border/frame (shown in white on this blog) - which were NOT included in the BMP drawing of this block.
Although I looked and looked at the photo in the book and if there were seams there, they were extremely obscure.
