I pieced the "Snow Blossom" last night/this morning. It's my first go at paper piecing, so don't look too closely!
I chose the grey/star fabric because January is very cold and bleak to me, full of long, dark, clear nights!

Dixie...........your Snow Blossom block turned out great & you did a marvelous job of paper piecing for the first time. Looks to me like you are a pro already!!
I really like the colors you chose to put together. You are so right, winter is gray & bleak. The wonerful thing about this BOM project, is that we can make the blocks any way we want to interpret that month. Each quilt will turn out individually unique!! I Love it!! Thank you for sharing today.
