301A for $175, is that a good price???

I stopped by my local sewing machine shop b/c I saw the 301 sitting in the window as we by the other day. Not sure how I spotted it but I did

She is asking $175, comes with case and 2 boxes one of the a darning foot. It has been serviced and ready to go.
