This is the one I always use. It's by Heather Mulder Peterson of Anka's Treasures. The only change I make is when she says to cut off a thin piece of the fold. I just cut a strip that is half the width I want. Since it's folded, it makes a whole strip. I have a hard time cutting a skinny strip on an edge.
