66 bobbins have the slight curve. A couple of things I can think of: look at the check spring to see if it is doing what it should or make sure she has the foot pressure correct for the fabric she is sewing so the fabric will feed correctly. I had all kinds of crazy stuff happen when I didn't have enough pressure on the foot.
