DSIL made a frame and screwed 2 sheets of insulation board to it and then I wrapped it with Warm and white and he screwed it to the wall. I think the insulation board is 4x6 -- my LQS has several of these covered in flannel and leaning against her walls and windows -- when we have a class we move them aroun. I made myself a small board that I can move around easily -- I just took a piece of foam board (I am not near my sewing room, so I can't tell you the size exactly, but about the same size as a sheet of posterboard) and I glued warm and white to it.
