The 66 was manufactured between 1902 and 1956! The Redeye decal lasted until mid to late 1920's. It is quite possible the machine you are looking at was electrified - people did that all the time to those treadles. They put a motor on them as soon as they had electricity in their homes! Did you see the Serial Number?
