Thank you all for giving me your advise. I alway prewash my material and use 100% cotton thread. The shop was closed today but will find out tomorrow what kind of stablizer was use. I am curious what brand of embroidery thread you use that is 100% cotton? I haven't seen any for sale since most embroidery thread usually has a desired sheen that only comes with a synthetic , rayon or poly, or silk thread.
