I've learned this the hard way - or I should have done by now. I've just had to rip out lots of FMQ on a border beecause the backing got folded over underneath. It was "I'll just finish this and then it's done". No, it's not, if you have to spend hours unpicking and then redoing! "I'll just..." at the end of the session is a warning sign that I should stop, NOW.
