Gosh Miriam, you are quick getting this thread up! Yes, I had a few problems uploading the video properly - it took me three goes.
When someone actually tries this method, please let me know. When I hear that there is marmalade being made in kitchens on the other side of the Atlantic as a result of our video Farve and I will be ridiculously pleased.
I'll tell you the bit where we had a technical hitch. Farve thinks he must have had the camera set for a still rather than motion. For some reason one bit of video didn't come out, the interesting bit where I put in the second optional extra, which is a generous dash of gin stirred in before potting up!
