I had always heard Barbara meant mysterious stranger. Foreign goes with that. also refers to the patron saint of architects, geologists.
Sue is short for Susanna which means: greek=lily, hebrew=rose, egyptian=lotus. In the old Testament she was falsly accused of adultery. In the New Testament, she came to Jesus's aide.
So I am a foreign lily rose lotus who falsly was accused of adultery and came to Jesus's aide who also is the patron saint of architects and geologists.
