Yep, the Alto's QuiltCut2. It isn't a machine but rather a surface with a cutting mat and a guide that goes either horizontally or vertically ... or even at angles. There is a measuring attachments so that you have consistency in cutting.

It is a one time purchase. No need to buy extra dies or order something special. you don't have to crank it. It holds the material while you cut.

I've had mine for years and love it. I wouldn't still be quilting without it. One of my friends actually winces when I try to cut with a rotary cutter and a ruler as I am so slow and a bit awkward ... thanks to the arthritis.
