I used ta cook but my DH does it now. About 7 yrs he blew out his back. He couldn't do anything for about 3 months. When he started ta come out from under the pain he was able ta walk around or lay on his stomach. He was board 'cause he still couldn't sit. He started to cook. Something he could do standing. When he went back ta work I picked back up on the cooking except on the weekends. 4 yrs.ago my DFIL was dyeing & DMIL has alzheimer's & I started spending more & more time over at their house. By the end of the year I was spending 10 hours a day over there & DH was going ta work & doing all of the cooking cleaning & laundry! DFIL died 3 yrs ago this coming March. (I also lost my Dad 9 days before my DFIL) DMIL lived with us & I took care of her for 4 months. We found the perfect place for her! DH still does all of the cooking! This gives me more time ta sew!
