"I had the same problem when I tried to use cotton thread. I changed to Essential Pro polyester thread from Connecting Threads and it helped but still broke eventually. I have now since changed to Isacord that was suggested by Leah Day in one of her UTube videos and it has been wonderful--haven't had a break yet. I also changed to a larger needle."
Virtualbernie, are you saying you use Isacord Polyester Embroidery Thread for piecing and quilting? Sorry if thats a dumb question but Im also looking for thread that is more durable and has less breakage. The only Isacord Im finding online is embroidery.
