WOW What a FIND!!!!!!!!! Those Japanese 15s or 15 clones are dandy machines!!! Love that cabinet - you should be able to change the bobbin from that hole in the front without opening the slide plate! DH has rewired more than one of those - not very hard to do if you are somewhat handy. Two links for you:
