From your picture, you only need the cord from the outlet to the cord that goes in the wall as near as I can tell. It should be an easy fix for a handyman. You can buy an extension cord and cut the receiving end off and then wire it into your outlet box on the machine. You can buy new outlet boxes already wired if you don't want to do it yourself.
