So, I'm thinking these cakes are cooked a little longer so they 'hold' up? Do they taste good, cause he looks great!
I used to fiddle some with kids birthday cakes, when they were growing up, but never carved anything. My mom took classes and she did some pretty nice stuff, ala Wilton style.
