No one yells at me in front of the children and has it blown off. Stress? - take a nap, then go for a walk. Overeating will only cause you more stress.
Woohoo! I need to track sugar grams more often. My weight took a big drop today, but I'm not going to get too excited until I see the same number tomorrow.
I'm off to walk the dogs then go buy a brighter lightbulb. I'm having trouble sewing at night and since I'm a night owl, that's not good. Yikes, I hope that doesn't mean the cataract is getting worse.
I am losing weight and becoming healthier.
