marcialee there are three pm's (private message) that must be sent per the rules to continue to participate in these wonderful swaps. they are:

1. one private message should be sent to lori (swap host) to let her know what date you have mailed your package to your secret pal;

2. one private message should be sent to your secret pal to thank them for the package they have sent you; and

3. another private message needs to be sent to lori (swap host) to let her know that you have received the package from your secret pal

lori needs all this information so that she can keep the swap records up to date and it is a polite curtesy to let your sp know that you have received your package and to thank them. this way they do not need to worry if the package has been received.
