You really do have a lovely sewing room! Mine is only 8'8"x11'5"! After 2 floods in 3 years, I decided against having it all downstairs, enclosed space under high blocked house, so it has taken a while to get used to the cramped space.
But better than being flooded! Most of my fabrics are stored downstairs in plastic boxes.
