I agree with you, Lori. Sub standard....sure would make a receiver feel pretty hurt that the sender didn't even consider the receiver's feelings about receiving such a package. I do believe most swappers send in good faith with over and above the $10 limit, but those who send the sub standard kind of package should just not join until they can afford to send a package that they themselves would like to receive or is in compliance with the rules of the swap. I know it would hurt my feelings terribly if I were to receive such a package and think very poorly of the sender, too.
