Wouldn't it be: 12 stitches/inch X 36 inches per yard X 146.6 yards in a mile, or 63,331 stitches per mile? (Maybe?) Where are all our Math teachers when we need them?? (My estimate is based on straight-line sewing...): sew, for every 63,331 stitches you have sewn one mile...I dare you to figure it out from there! (Because I can't!)
