Ladies, We put the house on the market last week & it has sold already! I am in major panic because we have no place to go. We need to find a rental or ready to move in home ASAP. So I need to start packing & looking. This is after we tried last year for 9 months to sell, now it sold in 9 days!!!! Oh and we are moving from Ga to Fl...just to keep it interesting.
