When we had our business I used FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail but if I wanted to be sure to have tracking I used FedEX or UPS. If nothing else, it buys peace of mind. I wanted to be able to track it if needed. Also, FedEx and UPS handle all the customs and it was faster than USPS. The only time I used USPS was something going to Canada. Anything else international went FedEx. You don't have to ship overnight you can use less expensive options.
