Are you talking about radius or diameter? The circle in the book finished to a four inch diameter (2 inch radius)
radius...I'm taking my little ruler and measuring every circle's radius. Do you think I should go for 2 1/4 so I have something to turn under, since I'm attempting to do it applique??
