I always buy ground beef on sale. Then I cook it up when I get home, (you could do this on a weekend day), adding in garlic, onions and seasoning. I drain the fat and freeze, (I use freezer bags - quart size - and pat flat), when I need something quick I take one of these out of the freezer and make it into, chili, hamburger stroganoff, taco salad, sloppy joes, you get the picture, this way, the hardest work is already done.
