Yikes, talk about starting with a very hard pattern! It's very pretty and you should be proud of your accomplishment. Simply lovely! Don't stop quilting. Just try some simpler, beautiful patterns that won't take so long. After you do some easier ones, you'll feel more confident and will enjoy it much more.
