The Quilt has a name.... FUTURE'S PAST.... It just popped into my head this morning. I was awakened by a text , an hour and 15 minutes earlier(5:45 AM) than I needed to be , from my darling brother wishing me a Happy Valentines day. Well instead of texting him back on where he could put Cupids arrow. I lay there and thought about the name of the quilt.
Think of all the Furtures that are in that quilt. From the clothes the pieces came from, The fabrics go from chambrey to feedsacks to a silky feeling rose colored scrap, to the quilt blocks being made, to it being made into a quilt . Those futures are all past now. Make sense?
