The JamPatch in Stuart closed last year (or two years ago). Can't remember. It was a nice shop.
The closest shop would probably be Quilters Choice in Jupiter (about 20 minutes south of Stuart). No website but they do have a Facebook page.

Big Bernina sellers, but not a huge fabric selection. I think they're closed on Mondays.
There is also a shop in West Palm Beach, My Quilt Shoppe (NE corner of Okeechobee and Jog Rd).

Sunshine is much bigger but StitchCraft also has a great selection.
You could easily hit both in one trip.
Going north, there are a few shops, but for my time/money if I'm going I'm to take a ride, the best bet is
http://www.thequiltplace.com/ in Rockledge (approx 90 minutes straight up I95). HUGE, HUGE, HUGE selection.
There are/were some small shops in Vero/Port St. Lucie but I think they closed (or have really small selections).
