I think you did a great job! I was 'highly recommended' to hand quilt a 10" square in a quilt class years ago. I thought "Let me try just straight diagonal lines. Simple, right?" Not so simple. I learned I don't HAVE to hand quilt. I can admire items from those who have that talent. I'm admiring your heart shaped design! Nice job!
