You might want to check out "Made in the USA" patriotic buntings on the internet to compare cost of finished ones. Many are made in another country, but I try to buy USA on patirotic items. Just saying...sometimes it's less expensive to buy the ready made...or not. Let us know how this all comes out. Interesting project.
