I sprayed the cup, the stuff really bakes on if you don't and you have to soak it a bit. But my son makes them all the time and he never does. Also he doubles the recipe and makes it in a regular cereal bowl and only cooks it for 1 min 40 seconds. We have chocolate, with only one person eating them (son) it will last us forever.
