The others have already told you what you have, so I won't repeat that, other that to say how wonderful to have your grandmother's machine!! I think she's beautiful!!
Don't use anything but sewing machine oil to clean her with!! After you have her cleaned, use a good resin type of car wax (non abrasive) to polish and protect her remaining decals.
I have to say, I'd give up every machine I own to have my grandmother's machine...what a special treasure you have!!
