It depends on your settings. This is what I do.
1. Go to
Thread Tools above the first post.
2. On the Dropdown menu I choose
Subscribe to this Thread.
3. On the next page, go to
Notification Type.
4. I choose
Instant Notification by email.
5. Click
Add Subscription.
