I use Wonder Under. I draw lines with a Sharpie or other fine line marker on the paper side of the Wonder Under. Then I fuse it to my label fabric. I write the label with a ZigWriter, peel the paper off and turn the edges under and fuse it to my quilt. Then I hand stitch the label down.
