I have been quilting for a long time and I still have not good enough feelings sometimes. Mostly when I see a quilt show winning quilt. LOL I was told by a judge at one of these shows that most national winners set out to make a quilt show entries and every detail is not overlooked.
The most beautiful quilt I have ever seen in a show was this one:
http://www.quilts.org/winners.html The creativity, imagination, the workman ship, the fabric choices are perfect. I stood in awe of this quilt and the maker. Pictures do not do it justice. So many details in the quilting and tiny things that you don't see.
