I was in my craft supplies area and found my glue bottles and tips. They are made by Loew-Cornell.
Go online to:
www.loew-cornell.com and under contact us click retail locator and then enter your zip code. .They do sell to Michael's but I don't know if Michael's carries this item: Bottles and tips 724.
