Default What do you do when you feel burned out?

I have been admiring CKCOWl's beautiful scrap quilt and decided that I just have to drop what I am doing and make one. I have been working so hard on UFOs and BOMs (started last Jan) that I am feeling burned out. My mantra for quilting has always been "if it isn't fun, I'm not going to do it!" and for the last week or so I haven't been having fun. Yes, I need to complete at least some of my UFOs and I simply love the BOMs I am working on, but I think if I stop and make a beautiful scrap quilt I can go back to work on those projects with new enthusiasm. I have a closet full (literally) of scraps that are getting very rowdy and calling my name. Will let you know my progress. Think I will make a make a new table topper with a springtime feel. Feeling more excited by the minute!
