newbie to the forum and to quilting - would appreciate some advice
I've never made a quilt before. I've been working on this quilt top on and off for five years (I've attached a picture). Now I'm stuck.
It's about 22" square and I'm planning to use a black back and binding. I read here that maybe I should consider grey thread to quilt it with, but I can't decide HOW I should quilt it. My initial thought is that I should stitch in the colored parts following the lines of the black "leading".
I would really appreciate any advice you all have.
